About Bay Windows

Bolt On Bay Windows add an extra 20 to 40% living space to any room, including bathrooms and kitchens.

Prefabricated Roof from 1.0mm metal sheet with it's own 20mm wall flashing and Nu Tee ceiling.

• Single or double curtain tracks, curved at the corners.
• Inner and outer collars of 76 x 25 x 1.6mm rectangular tube are securely clamped to the wall about the bay cavity with 10mm bolts and nuts.
• Glazing is done to building regulation requirements after the bay has been secured to the building.
• Gutter at the outer lower edge of the roof overhang prevents water returning under the roof.
• Windows are either standard 533mm steel sections or Meranti in a variety of widths.
• Floors on suspended bays are made from 18mm waterproofed Bison Duraboard or concrete screed if at ground level.
• Bolt on bay windows are permanently secured to a unique inner collar - they require no other structural support.
• Aluminium bays can be white or bronze powder coated.
• Doors and windows also available.
